Still River Research John Jordan founded Still River Research in 2005 to provide management consulting and business research services.

Formerly a principal with Capgemini, he worked in the Americas Office of the CTO. There, he directed research into strategic implications of information technology. He has spoken at numerous industry events, Internet World, a Young Presidents Organization meeting, and the Wall Street Journal Technology Summit. John has been profiled in the International Herald Tribune, Investors’ Business Daily, the Wall Street Journal and Fast Company, and quoted in such magazines as Business Week, Newsweek, Fortune, and Computerworld.

His consulting experience extends across industries and geography, with engagements on four continents. From 1997, when he came to Ernst & Young, until 1999, he directed Wired for Profit, a pathbreaking multi-client research consortium of industry-leading companies exploring new directions in electronic commerce. John holds a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan as well as a master’s from Yale University, and graduated magna cum laude from Duke University. Prior to entering consulting, he won teaching awards at the University of Michigan and Harvard University.
